objective: to observe the application of the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in operating room nursing work. Methods: in March, 2012 - November 2013 in our hospital accepted surgical treatment of 220 patients randomly split as observation group, the control group (n = 110). Normal control group given the operating room nursing, the observation group in the control group given on the basis of comfortable nursing, and comparing the nursing effect. Results: the observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of control group, patients with postoperative complications in patients with significantly lower in the control group, compared with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusions: in the operating room for patients with high quality nursing service, which can effectively improve the relationship between nurses and patients, aleviate patients psychological pressure, promote operation smoothly.
