摘要
目的：分析无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效及临床护理方法。方法：将111例新生儿呼吸衰竭患者分为两组，111例均给予无创呼吸机治疗，对照组行常规护理，观察组行综合护理。结果：观察组总有效率（96.43%）高于对照组（76.36%），其治疗后pH值、Pa O2、Sa O2及Pa CO2等改善较为明显，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭期间实施综合护理，可提高临床疗效，总有效率高，血气指标改善明显。
Abstract
objective: to analyze the curative effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure and clinical nursing method. Methods: 111 cases of neonatal respiratory failure patients were divided into two groups, 111 cases were performed noninvasive ventilator therapy and control group routine nursing care, observation group comprehensive nursing. Results: the observation group total effective rate (96.43%) than the control group (76.36%), its pH value after treatment, PaO2, SaO2 and PaCO2 evident improvement, differences between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: neonatal respiratory failure during noninvasive ventilator therapy, comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical curative effect, total effective rate is high, the blood gas index improved significantly.
