摘要
目的：在保持唇颊部丰满度的情况下，把义齿过厚基托的重量降下来，使义齿固位效果好，轻便，舒适，好用。方法把过厚的义齿基托做成中空式的。结果上颌义齿的固位比原来好，下颌义齿的“沉重”感得到了解决。结论通过减轻义齿过厚重量的办法，使义齿的临床实用效果更好。
Abstract
objective to keep the lip and cheek fulness condition, the thickness of the denture base weight down, make the denture retention effect is good, light, comfortable, easy to use. Methods the thickness of denture base made of holow type. Results maxilary complete dentures is better, the mandibular denture "heavy" are solved. Conclusion by reducing the weight of the denture thick way, better clinical practical effect of denture.
