摘要
目的：探讨异位妊娠的保守治疗（药物治疗）的临床效果。方法口服米非司酮为主，辅以氨甲喋呤肌注、联合中药保守治疗。结果药物治疗异位妊娠疗效确切，有效率达93.7%。结论三药联用治疗异位妊娠治愈率提高，又不增加药物的不良反应，住院时间缩短，减轻了患者的经济负担，而且保守治疗避免了手术后的并发症，减少了盆腔粘连，特别对有生育要求者，提供了理想的治疗方案。
Abstract
objective to study the ectopic pregnancy (drug treatment), the clinical effect of conservative treatment. Methods oral mifepristone is given priority to, complementary with methotrexate intramuscular injection, combined traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment. Results drug treatment ectopic pregnancy curative effect is exact, efficient 93.7%. Conclusion three drug combination treatment ectopic pregnancy curative rate increase, and increase the drug adverse reactions, shorten hospitalization time, reduce the economic burden of the patients, after undergoing surgery and conservative treatment to avoid complications, reduce the pelvic adhesions, special to have fertility requirement, provide the ideal treatment.
