Objective To study the control of hypertension in community, treatment management. Methods during the period of 2012.12-2013.12 in 148 hypertensive patients were hospitalized, according to the "guide" the community hypertension prevention and control work in the standardized management of the comparative management, before after, control of blood pressure, treatment management. The results management, controling blood pressure in patients with the excelent and good rate was 52.03% (77/148) 27.07% and management (41/148) significantly improved compared with before, the difference was statisticaly significant, P<0.05. Management: management of patients was 75.68% (112/148); management of drugs was 91.22% (135/148), there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion patients with hypertension in the community through standardized management, blood pressure control patients has been improved, and the drug is remarkably increased.
