摘要
目的：观察不同药物治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法将医院198例大便轮状病毒抗原检测阳性的腹泻患儿随机分三组（对照组，热毒宁治疗组，葡萄糖酸辛治疗组），用不同药物治疗并观察疗效。结果两药物治疗组与对照组比较疗效均有统计学差异（P＜0.05），但药物治疗组组间无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎，疗效显著，值得临床进一步研究应用。葡萄糖酸锌是辅助治疗腹泻的简便易行的方法，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective The Observation of clinical efficacy on Infantile viral enteritis treated by different drugs.Methods 198 cases which were testing positive by stool rotavirus antigen were randomly divided into three groups(control group,the Reduning treatment group,the glucose octyl treatment group),and observed effects.Results Compare the efficacy of two-drug treatment group and control group,there were statisticaly differences(p<0.05), but no significant difference between two treatment group.Conclusion Reduning injection in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis with significant effect and is worthy of further clinical research applications; the Glucose octyl simple auxiliary treatment of diarrhea is worthy of promotion.
