摘要
尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒在慢性肾功能不全患者中是一种常见和难以忍受的症状，维持性血液透析患者发病率高达60％-90％。瘙痒症状不仅严重影响患者的睡眠和工作，而且皮肤感染、皮肤破损等症状也加大了患者死亡风险。笔者对血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒原因进行研究，并提出有效防治与护理，旨在为临床治疗和护理提供相关依据。
Abstract
Uremic cutaneous pruritus in patients with chronic renal insufficiency is a common and unbearable symptoms of patients with maintenance hemodialysis incidence rate is as high as 60% - 90%. SAO is urticant symptom not only seriously affect the patient's sleep and work, and the symptom such as skin infections, skin damage and increased patients' risk of death.
