116例闭环式调节四维训练对学生单纯性近视干预效果分析报告

目的:评价眼生理训练对中小学生近视的干预效果。方法:干预组116名患有近视的学生(232只眼),完成专业闭环式调节四维规范训练,从数据库中选对照组116名患有近视的学生,观察一年以上。结果:干预组干预前后裸眼远视力的差值均数为-0.0378,对照组前后裸眼视力的差值均数为-0.0859,二者之间差别有统计学意义(P=0.05),干预组裸眼远视力下降程度明显低于对照组。干预组干预前后等效球镜度差值均数为-0.2392,对照组干预前后等效球镜度差值均数为-0.7994,干预组和对照组的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组近视年递增度(近视加深幅度)明显低于对照组。结论:闭环式调节四维眼生理训练是预防和控制学生单纯性近视的有效方法。
Objective: To evaluate the intervention effects of eye physiological training for myopia in primary and secondary students. Methods: A total of 116 students with myopia (232 eyes) were included in the intervention group with Closed-loop four-dimensional physiological training of eyes muscle regulation. 116 students with myopia selected from ?database were included in the control group. Al students were observed more than one year. Results: The mean of the difference of uncorrected hyperopia visual acuity between before and after the intervention was -0.0378 in the intervention group and -0.0859 in the control group, which was significant (P=0.05). The mean of the difference of spherical equivalent refraction between before and after the intervention was -0.2392 in the intervention group and -0.7994 in the control group. (P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed-loop four-dimensional physiological training of eyes muscle regulation is an effective method to prevent and control myopia in students.
