Objective Setting up head nurse daily GSM time inspector jobs. Methods The nursing quality of the general labor time in each nursing unit as the research object, according to the calculation of random Numbers, divided into conventional group and the control group, control group middle shift time every day, and set of two the head nurse to tracking of quality of care in each nursing unit, traditional group, the conventional independent scheduling model. Results Control group in middle shift time by daily two the head nurse of the ward to track the quality of care provided. The quality of care are significantly higher than the traditional group. The difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Middle shift time to set up the head nurse daily inspection job, help to improve the quality of nursing, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, to ensure patient safety.
