摘要
目的：探讨经食管临时心脏起搏技术在对局麻药物过敏患者中的应用可行性。方法随机选取我院2013年2例有缓慢性心律失常的非食管手术且对局麻药物过敏者中应用经食管临时心脏起搏技术。结果2例患者顺利完成手术，电极到位率100%，左房起搏有效率100%，临时心脏起搏持续时间平均6小时左右。结论在对局麻药物过敏的非食管手术的患者中应用经食管临时心脏起搏技术是可行的，值得推广。
Abstract
objective to investigate the esophagus temporary pacemaker technology application feasibility in game hemp drug alergy patients. Methods randomly selected 2013, 2 cases with tardy arrhythmia of esophageal surgery and game ma application in drug alergy after esophageal temporary pacemaker technology. Results 2 patients were successfuly completed surgery, electrode must be 100%, left atrial pacing, effectiveness 100%, temporary pacemaker average duration of 6 hours. Results in game hemp of esophageal surgery in patients with application of drug alergy after esophageal temporary pacemaker technology is feasible, is worth promoting.
