超声引导穿刺卵巢巧克力囊肿的大剂量无水乙醇的治疗

摘要
目的：：观察超声引导下无水乙醇冲洗法治疗的卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效。方法：对60例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者采用超声引导下无水乙醇冲洗治疗。结果：60例患者介入治疗均获成功。术后随防I a，一次性治愈率93%，有效率100%。结论：超声引导介入无水乙醇冲洗治疗巧克力囊肿疗效好，可作为治疗巧克力囊肿的首先方法。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect ofultrasound guided percutaneous alcohol sclerotherapy in treating ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods: 60 cases ofovarian chocolate cyst were treated by ultrasound guidedand washing with ethanol. Results: 60 cases of patients with interventional therapy were successful. The folow-up was Ia,disposable cure rate is 93%, effective rate was 100%.Conclusion: ultrasound guided interventional ethanolwashing treatment in chocolate cyst of good curative effect,can be used as the first method of treatment in chocolate cyst.
