摘要
目的：分析无痛内镜检查下食管癌术后狭窄扩张术的治疗效果，以及临床护理措施。方法：选择2012年2月~2012年10月，我院收录的34例食管癌术后狭窄扩张术患者，作为本次研究的对象，对患者的临床资料、护理措施进行分析研究。结果：本次研究中的34例食管癌狭窄患者，在无痛内镜下进行狭窄扩张术，并在术前、术中、术后采用相应的护理，患者术后症状得到明显的缓解，治疗效果非常显著。结论：针对食管癌术后狭窄患者的扩张术，在术前、术中、术后，进行护理配合，可以提升治疗效果，提高手术成功率，降低并发症的产生，食管癌术后狭窄扩张术的护理配合和无痛内镜扩张术密不可分。
Abstract
objective: to analysis of painless endoscopy under Esophageal cancer postoperative stricture dilatation treatment effect , and clinical nursing measures.Methods: from February 2012 to October 2012, our colection of 34 patients with esophageal cancer postoperative stricture dilatation, as the object of the present study to analyze the clinical data of patients, nursing measures.Results: the study of 34 patients with esophageal stricture, stenosis dilatation under the painless endoscopy, and in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative adopted the corresponding nursing, postoperative patients with obvious symptom relief, the treatment effect is very significant.Conclusion: in view of the esophageal cancer patients with postoperative stricture dilatation, in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation, can improve the treatment effect, improve the success rate of surgery, reduce complications, postoperative esophageal stricture dilatation of nursing cooperation and painless endoscopic dilatation are inseparable.
