Objective Study on clinical observation and nursing methods of the tibia and fibula fractures complicated by compartment syndrome patients. Methods Selection in our hospital treatment of 72 cases of tibiofibula fracture complicated with bone fascia room syndrome patients, the medical records were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical indications and nursing methods. Results 72 cases of tibiofibula fracture complicated with bone fascia room syndrome patients were recovered after treatment . Conclusion In patients with bone fascia room syndrome and clinical observation and reasonable nursing, can improve the curative effect, reduce the morbidity of patients.
