多层螺旋CT平扫在症状不典型急性阑尾炎中的诊断价值

摘要
目的：探讨症状不典型急性阑尾炎多层螺旋CT平扫的诊断价值。方法：对经手术病理证实的25例急性阑尾炎患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：18例CT表现为阑尾增粗；15例表现为阑尾周围炎性改变；8例表现为阑尾结石；1例表现为阑尾周围脓肿。结论：多层螺旋CT能明确症状不典型急性阑尾炎的诊断，为临床诊治提供有力的帮助。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of acute appendicitis with atypical symptoms of multislice spiral CT scan. Methods: 25 cases confirmed by operation and pathology of acute appendicitis in patients with CT were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the CT manifestations of 18 cases of appendiceal thickening; 15 cases of appendiceal inflammation;8 cases of appendicular calculus; 1 cases of appendiceal abscess. Conclusion: multi slice spiral CT can clear diagnosis of atypical acute appendicitis, to provide effective help for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
