摘要
目的：为偏远医院确定红细胞库存水平，建立一种多属性决策方法。方法：基于逼近理想解排序决策方法，选取临床急诊用红细胞保证率、临床择期用红细胞保证率以及红细胞库存管理费用为决策属性，建立考虑决策偏好的偏远医院红细胞库存水平多属性决策方法。结果：所构建方法能根据不同的决策偏好，对偏远医院红细胞库存水平备选方案进行排序。结论：应用所构建方法得到的排序结果，可为偏远医院确定适宜的红细胞库存水平提供参考。
Abstract
Objective A multiple attribute decision making method is proposed, which can select a suitable red blood cel stock level for remote area hospital. Methods The technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution being based, and the decision making attributes of red blood cel assurance rate for clinical urgent use, red blood cel assurance rate for clinical routine use and red blood cel stock management expense being chosen, a preference-considered multiple attribute decision making method for the determination of red blood cel stock level for remote area hospital is put forward. Results With the method, the solution set of red blood cel stock level for remote area hospital can be ordered according to different decision making preference. Conclusion The ordered result of red blood cel stock level solution set can be a reference for remote area hospital to determine proper red blood cel stock level.
