objective To investigate the clinical value of hysteroscopicelectrocision in treatment of patients with endometrial polyps.[Methods]120 patients withendometrial polypswho sought for treatment in our hospital at January 2009~June 2013 were treated with hysteroscopicelectrocision or conventionalcurettage, and meanwhile, the clinical effect of two methods were compared.[Results] The indices of patients who be treated with hysteroscopicelectrocision, such as operation time, bleeding volume in operation, the residual rate ofendometrial polyps after one week, the recurrencerate of endometrial polypsafter one year, are lower than those who be treated with the conventional curettage (p<0.05), however, the efficiency of treatment after one week obviously shows the opposite trend (p<0.05).[Conclusions]Hysteroscopicelectrocision is recommended to be applied in the treatment of patients with endometrial polypsbecause of its good effects.
