生物活性透明质酸片段治疗咽炎初步探讨

摘要
细胞外基质大分子透明质酸被酶解后变成生物活性透明质酸片段，生物活性透明质酸片段与细胞外C D44和T L R4受体结合，促进皮肤粘膜分泌防卫素2和抑制皮肤粘膜炎症。本文的研究结果表明生物活性透明质酸片段迅速抑制了咽喉炎症，是一种使用安全细胞外基质片段治疗咽喉炎症的有效制剂。
Abstract
Bioactive hyaluronic acid fragment seems functionaly very different from high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and may be a safe therapeutic agent for treatment of sphagitis and laryngitis. This article has studied effect of bioactive hyaluronic acid fragment in treatment of sphagitis and laryngitis. The results indicate that bioactive hyaluronic acid fragment is a very promising candidate for treatment of sphagitis and laryngitis.
