Objective: To investigate the same exercise equivalent(brisk walking)effects on human blood lipid, blood glucose,body weight,and comparing the differences are the difference between the environment,motion analysis,blood biochemical effects in human rules and characteristics.Methods:eighty patients were selected through the questionnaire survey,selected in line with the conditions of 80,were randomly divided into the brisk walking exercise group,control group.Exercise groups demand brisk walk at least 3 times a week,each time more than 1 h,the detection results were detected in 2 groups,blood glucose,blood lipid and weight, statistical analysis,comparative analysis.Results:compared with the control group,exercise group better overal health,reduce weight,cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein were increased (P <0.05), blood glucose decreased slightly, but without statistical significance,there was no significant difference between different genders (P <0.001).Conclusion:exercise can change the healthy weight and serum lipid levels of blood glucose,no obvious effect,regular exercise is important for improving health,disease prevention and control.
