Objective: To compare the Baoli care monarch and clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate treatment of threatened preterm premature rupture of membrane type. Methods:98 cases of patients with threatened preterm PROM type for the study, using a random number table is divided into observation group and control group of 49 patients in the observation group asked the king to give Baoli treatment, the control group received magnesium sulfate therapy. Results: The total effective rate (93.88%), prolonged gestation period (20.2 ± 1.8) d, miscarriage success rate (89.80%), neonatal birth weight (2716.0 ± 282.0) kg, neonatal Apgar score (9.4 ± 0.6) points significantly higher; markedly after treatment time (50.6 ± 7.5) min significantly faster than the control group, adverse reaction rates (6.12%) was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05) . Conclusion:Treatment Ritodrine Threatened preterm rupture of membranes can effectively shorten the time contractions, prolonged gestational age, body mass and improve neonatal survival, and low adverse reaction, worthy of promotion.
