目的:探寻高根治率的耐药HP感染的治疗方案,以减少和避免Hp对抗生素的耐药。方法:收集我院2012.08~2013.08Hp一线方案治疗失败患者78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,疗程结束4周后行活检组织快速尿素酶检测或复查14C-尿素呼气试验。结果:治疗组根治率为87.50%,对照组根治率为60.53%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异( P <0.05)。结论:应用埃索美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林联合荆花胃康胶丸的补救方案能提高耐药Hp补救治疗的根治率,可应用于耐药Hp初治失败后的治疗。
Objective: To explore a high radical treatment rate of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) with drug resistance so as to decrease and avoid Hp resistance to antibiotics. Methods:In our hospital we colected 78 patients which failed to use 1st-line Hp treatment protocol from 08/2012-08/2013 and divided them into two groups by random: Treatment group and Control group. Rapid urease test (RUT) or14C-urea breath test (14C-UBT ) were used to analyze the Hp radical treatment rate after 4 weeks of the treatment. Result:The Hp radical treatment rate of Treatment Group was higher than that of Control Group (87.5% vs 60.53%). There were significant difference between two groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: The remedial fourfold therapy of Esomeprazole, Levofloxacin, Amoxicilin and Jinghuaweikang capsules could increase the radical treatment rate of Hp with drug resistance. This kind of therapy could be used to cure the patients with drug resistance Hp after the failure of 1st-line therapy of Hp eradication.
