摘要
目的：提高对妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的诊断与治疗水平，降低胎儿的死亡率。方法回顾分析25例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床资料。结果延误诊治3例中2例流产，22例及时诊断与治疗母婴平安。结论及时正确对妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的诊断，积极手术是降低母婴风险的关键。
Abstract
objective to improve the level of the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with acute appendicitis, reduce fetal mortality. Methods retrospective analysis the clinical data of 25 cases of pregnancy with acute appendicitis. The results of diagnosis and treatment of delayed 3 cases, 2 cases of abortion, 22 cases of timely diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy. Conclusion timely and correct the diagnosis of pregnancy with acute appendicitis, surgical intervention is the key to reduce the risk of maternal and infant.
