摘要
目的：探讨微创清除术治疗中重度高血压脑出血的疗效。方法将我院收治的共60例患有高血压脑出血的病人，用颅内血肿穿刺针进行穿刺手术治疗，对治疗方法、治疗效果等给予综合阐述。结果颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压性脑出血，临床疗效显著。结论颅内血肿微创清除术可明显降低高血压脑出血的死残率，提高了患者的生存质量。
