摘要
目的：观察Ⅰ期清创缝合术治疗皮肤脓肿的疗效。方法皮肤局部脓肿136例，分成实验组及对照组。二组各68例，分别采用Ⅰ期清创缝合术及切开引流术治疗，观察比较创面渗出情况、换药次数、疼痛程度、脓腔愈合时间及瘢痕情况。结果Ⅰ期清创缝合术治疗皮肤脓肿较对照组：术后创口渗出少，换药疼痛轻，换药次数少、愈合时间短、瘢痕细小。结论Ⅰ期清创缝合术治疗皮肤局部脓肿明显优于切开引流换药的疗效。
Abstract
objective To observe One-time debridement suture curative effect for the treatment of skin abscess. Methods 136 cases of patients with skin an abscess, divided into the experimental group and control group, two groups, 68 cases of each, using phase Ⅰ debridement suture incision and drainage treatment respectively, observing and comparing wounds effusion, switching frequency, pain degree, the vomica healing time and scar. Results One-time debridement suture skin treatment compared the control group: postoperative wound exudation, less pain, fewer switching, shorter healing time, scar smal. Conclusion One-time debridement suture skin treatment was obviously better than the treatment of skin an abscess incision drainage treatment .
