Sjogren's syndrome is one of the connective tissue diseases . There may be a variety of serum autoantibodies , Kidney involvement is more common in the SS children compared with the adult , other organ involvement is rare, children's SS and acute pancreatitis cases have not been reported . SS children need identification with chronic recurrent pancreatitis and infectious mumps . These diseases generaly do not exist dry mouth and eye , joint symptoms and antinuclear antibody test were negative. SS patients generaly have parotid gland sweling , no urine amylase , amylase and lipase increased hematuria occurs only when the SS concurrent pancreatitis.
