Objective: To investigate the distribution and significance of biochemical indicators of high value of community residents medical discovery. Methods: Blood biochemical examination in 200 cases of elderly residents in the community, analysis. Results: 200 kaolin community residents biochemical indexes showed that, there was statisticaly significant difference between the level of Cr, UA and TG index in different age groups in (P < 0.05), Cr, UA levels with age increased, while ALT, TG, TC, LDC- and C decreased, but the it is in the normal range. Glu levels are in the normal range, there was no significant difference among al age groups (P > 0.05). ALT, Glu, Cr, UA, TG, TC, LDC- and C were statisticaly significant differences in different genders (P < 0.05), the overal level of male is higher than female. 200 elderly residents were 1 high value and the 2 value of the highest proportion, respectively 13.5%, 13%, the difference was statisticaly significant gender differences in the proportion of high value of detection of (P < 0.05), men were 1 and 2 higher than women and women were 3, 4 item 5 items, the proportion of high value than men. Conclusion: Community residents biochemical index of high value suggests that it may suffer from some chronic diseases, community medical staff to strengthen health education, to the elderly disease prevention work wel, reduce chronic disease incidence, improve the quality of life of elderly residents.
