随着麻醉学及相关学科的发展，局部麻醉的理论、方法和临床实践均取得了长远的发展，本文将主要介绍目前临床常用局麻药、不良反应以及新剂型的研制。不断对局部麻醉药的深入探讨必将推动局部麻醉技术的发展。
Abstract
with the development of anesthesiology and related disciplines, the theory and method of local anaesthesia and clinical practice are made a long-term development, this article wil mainly introduce the current clinical commonly used local anesthetics, adverse reactions and new dosage forms. To the in-depth discussion of local anesthetics wil promote the development of local anesthetic techniques.
