Investigation and Analysis on Conditions of Protection for Medical X-ray in Yibin City. Chen Wen. Yibin Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Sichuan Province, Yibin 644000,China
Objective: Understanding the conditions of Protection for medical X-ray device, and thus provide a scientific basis for future work focus.Methods: Through field survey of Health Portection in the city medical units for medical X-ray device,and monitoring staff Individual Extemal Dose, Results:The ray protection pass rate of township hospitals was lower than the municipal hospitals. The percapita effective dose of external exposure of the interventional treatment of municipal hospitals was for 3.34mSv,that higher than the diagnostic staff of municipal hospital and township hospitals, who were 1.86mSv and 2.38mSv.Conclusion: Future work should focus on strengthening the management of interventional treatment staff in medical institutions, and increasing the Radiation Hygiene Supervision of township hospital.
