摘要
目的：通过对28例支气管扩张的CT表现，探讨支气管扩张症在临床诊断中的价值。方法对28例支气管扩张患者的CT资料作回顾性分析，所有患者行常规CT平扫，兴趣区再行高分辨扫描。结果支气管柱状扩张13例，囊状扩张7例，静脉曲张型5例，混合型3例，扩张类型CT均有典型表现。结论多排螺旋CT对支气管扩张的诊断具有较高的特异性、敏感性及准确性，对支气管扩张的部位、范围、程度均能清楚显示，而且是无创无危险性，可作为支气管扩张的首选检查方法。
Abstract
Purpose Through the 28 cases of CT findings of bronchiectasis, Explore bronchiectasis in clinical diagnosis. Method: 28 cases of bronchiectasis in patients with CT data were retrospectively analyzed, Al patients underwent routine CT scan, Further resolution scanning area ofinterest. Result: Expansion of 13 cases of bronchial columnar, Cystic dilatation of the seven cases, Varicose veins in 5 cases, Mixed type 3 cases , the expansion of type CT are typical performance. Conclusion : Multi- slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis with high specificity , sensitivity and accuracy of bronchiectasis location, extent , degree can be clearly demonstrated , and is non-invasive non-hazardous , as bronchiectasis preferred method of examination .
