he effect and clinical analysis of nursing intervention on the gastrointestinal function recovery after uterine fibroids
Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on the gastrointestinal function recovery after uterine fibroids. Methods: The 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital during the period from Feb 2013 to Feb 2014 were randomized into the control group and the observation group respectively receiving the routine nursing and the nursing intervention, 40 patients per group. The exhaust and defecation time, recovery time of bowel sound, eating time, and the incidence of abdominal distention and poor appetite in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: compared with the control group, the exhaust and defecation time, recovery time of bowel sound, eating time were significantly reduced, and the incidences of abdominal distention and poor appetite were obviously reduced in the observation group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The respective nursing intervention can promote the gastrointestinal function recovery after the uterine fibroids, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
