双波长薄层扫描法测定如意金黄散中盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的：建立双波长薄层扫描法测定如意金黄散中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用双波长薄层扫描法测定如意金黄散中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果如意金黄散中盐酸小檗碱的含量为0.862%，平均回收率为101.2%，RSD=1.05%，结论本法方法简单、准确、重现性好，可作为如意金黄散的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of Berberine hydrochloride in ruyijinhuang pils Methods Using TLC-scanning to determinate the content of berberine hydrochloride.Results TLC-scanning can remove the interference of other alklorids,the average recovery is 101.2%,RSD=1.05%,this method is simple ,accurate and with a good reproducibility .Conclusion This method can determinate the content of ruyijinhuang pils.
