摘要
目的：评价阴道镜在阴道上皮内瘤变中的应用价值。方法：分析21例阴道镜诊断为阴道上皮内瘤变患者的活体组织检查的结果。结果：21例患者中经病理诊断为上皮内瘤变患者为13例，符合率达76.47%。结论：阴道镜检查在阴道病变诊断中有不可估量的价值，定位准确，准确率高。
Abstract
To explore the diagnostic value of screening vaginal wal intradermal neoplasia with colposcope. Method: The results of 21 cased were analyzed , which were diagnosed as vaginal intradermal neoplasia by using colposcope.Result: Out of 21 cases , 13 were confirmed as intradermal neoplasia by pathological diagnosis. The coincidence rate reaches 76.47%. Conclusion:Colposcope has an unaccountable value in the diagnosis of vaginal lesion, with precise positioning and high accuracy.
