Purpose of mammary gland disease is one of the most important disease to threaten women's health, especialy in the rising trend year by year in recent years. Infrared diagnosis in the early detection and diagnosis of mammary gland disease has no wound, check the advantages such as fast, in order to improve the preoperative imaging diagnostic coincidence rate the breast neoplasm. methods Our infrared scan was applied to the diagnosis of breast neoplasm, and from January 2013 - January 2014 outpatient service and to analyze the 800 cases of hospitalized patients. Results the colected 800 cases of mammary gland disease, with 700 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia, accounted for 87.5% of the check number, confirm the mammary gland hyperplasia is a kind of common disease, frequently-occurring disease. Check out of 10 cases of breast cancer, 9 cases of postoperative pathological examination confirmed al hands. Conclusion infrared scan can improve the accuracy of preoperative qualitative diagnosis of breast neoplasm, is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
