摘要
目的：分析研究护理风险管理在泌尿外科内镜手术中的应用效果。方法：分析研究泌尿外科手术中存在的问题，并有针对性给予风险管理。结果：给予规范风险管理后，手术器械用物准备、设备管理、护理人员专科技术水平以及消毒实施措施评分情况明显高于实施前,且护理满意率显著提高，P<0.05比较有差异有统计学意义。结论：建立完善的风险管理制度，并采取有效的措施预防以及减少风险发生，可有效提高临床护理质量。
Abstract
objective: to study the nursing risk management in the application of urology endoscopic surgery effect. Methods: analyze the problems existing in the urology surgery, and targeted for risk management. Results: after given specification of risk management, surgical instrument preparation, equipment management, nursing staff technology level and disinfection measures scores were significantly higher than those before the implementation, and nursing satisfaction rate increased significantly, P<0.05 compared with difference was statisticaly significant. Conclusion: to establish a perfect risk management system, and take effective measures to prevent and reduce risk occurs, which can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing.
