ln the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer clinical Curative effet analysis of radiotherapy and prognostic factors. Methoa: A retrospective analysis of 192 cases of advanced esophageal cancer in 2002 May to 2012 June in hospital patients in our department of radiotherapy, using the Kaplan- Meier method was used for survival analysis.Result: 1, 3, 5 year survival rates were 82.81%, 40.10% and 31.77%; clinical factors have significant effect on the survival rate: weight loss, Karnofsky score, tumor length and width, hemoglobin.Conclusion: The curative effect of middle late esophageal cancer radiotherapy. Body weight, hemoglobin, Karnofsky score, tumor size had a certain influence on the prognosis of patients with advanced esophageal cancer.
