摘要
对老年消化性溃疡临床诊治与特点进行分析,为临床治疗提供理论参考。方法：将研究对象按年龄分老年组(年龄≥60岁)221例,非老年组(对照组)399例,比较观察老年人消化性溃疡的临床症状、溃疡发生部位、并发症及伴随疾病等,观察数据进行统计学处理。结果：两组患者临床症状(主要症状、首发症状)、并发症、溃疡发生部位、伴随疾病等各项指标比较均具有显著性差异或极显著性差异(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.001)。结论：老年性PU患者应早确诊、早治疗,改善预后、降低病死率。
Abstract
Objective the clinical diagnosis and the features of peptic ulcer in the elderly were analyzed, to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of. Method the subjects were divided in aged group (aged ≥ 60 years) in 221 cases, non elderly group (control group) 399 cases,comparative observation of elderly peptic ulcer clinical symptoms, ulcer location, complications and concomitant diseases, observation data. Results the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms (the main symptoms, symptoms, complications), ulcer location, with the diseaseindexes had significant or very significant difference (P﹤0 01, P﹤0 001). Conclusion elderly PU patients should be early diagnosis, early treatment, improve prognosis, decrease the mortality rate.
