Objective Effects of milrinonecombined with Shenmai injectionto observe thecurative effectof patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy. Method We selected 80 cases of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the treatment group were given conventional vasodilators, diuretics, beta blockers, digitalis drugs, control group based on conventional therapy plus milrinone and Shenmai injection, respectively, for 7 d and 14 d. Result After 2 weeks treatment, the observation group, cardiac ultrasound LVEF value and 6 rain walking distance than the conventional group increased more significantly. In the observation group was obviously better than that of treatment group, there was significant difference between two groups (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Milrinone combined with Shenmai injection can improve the cardiac function indexes in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, obvious curative effect, and no obvious adverse reaction.
