Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the diverse instruction before inspection during the process of lung function inspection. Methods 220 patients are divided into two groups. One is research group of 110 patients, the other is contrastive group of 110 patients. The diverse instruction before lung function inspection is applied to research group. The real-time instruction is applied to contrastive group when lung function is checked. Functions of pulmonary ventilation and lung respiration are inspected for two groups. The qualified rate of different times in quality control and the successful inspection percentage at the different time in lung function inspection are contrasted in the aspects of flow-volume curve, maximal voluntary ventilation and DLCO Single-Breath Method DLCO ∕SB for two groups. Results The patients in research group are able to accept the examination standard after less times practice in short time and the corresponding qualified rate in quality control and successful inspection percentage are higher than that of contrastive group(P﹤0.05). There are statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusions Diverse instruction before lung function inspection can raise the qualified rate in quality control and successful inspection percentage in lung function inspection, reduce the body energy consumption of patients and shorten the inspection time.
