Basic contradiction in nursing teaching and the teaching relations analysis and experience
Understand the contradiction of senior high vocational school nursing profession of teachers and students, as the foundation of nursing teaching, quality education system provide a reference basis. Methods: after the author experience and other teaching teachers for 1208 students, discussion and investigation, analysis of senior high vocational school nursing profession contradiction in the teaching process teachers and students. Results analysis: through the discussion and investigation found that, in view of the teaching goal, the senior high vocational school nursing profession contradiction in the relationship between teachers and students, the students lack common professional learning method and the related knowledge learning important understanding insufficiency, the relative lack of subjective initiative; Teachers for students to understand and not enough attention, often takes the phenomenon of cramming teaching method. Discussion and experience: to find and solve the contradictions in the process of teaching, we must understand the relationship between teachers and students, to solve the contradictions in the process of teaching.
