磁敏感加权成像技术对中枢神经系统表面含铁血黄素沉积症的诊断价值

探讨磁敏感加权成像技术(VenBOLD)序列对中枢神经系统表面含铁血黄素沉积症(SSCNS)的诊断价值。方法:分析2例确诊SSCNS患者的MRI常规扫描、VenBOLD序列影像表现,结合国内外相关文献已报道17例SSCNS患者MRI影像表现,进行回顾分析。结果: MRI常规T2WI显示脑干、小脑沟回脑表面均匀低信号影覆盖,VenBOLD序列显示脑干、小脑沟回及其周,双侧部分大脑沟裂脑表面广泛均匀低信号影覆盖,伴环池、枕大池扩大,小脑萎缩,脑沟裂加深、增宽。结论:SSCNS的MRI影像表现具有特异性,其中VenBOLD序列是确诊SSCNS的特征性影像技术。
The Application of VenBOLD sequence in the diagnosis of Superficial Siderosis of Central Nervous System
Object To evaluate the advantages of VenBOLD in the diagnosis of Superficial Siderosis of Central Nervous System(SSCNS).Methods To analyse 2 cases with SSCNS underwent MR scanning at a 3.0T MR scanner, including MR routine scan、VenBOLD, reviewed with 17 cases report of SSCNS . Results MR routine scanning T2W showedbrain stem、cerebel ar gyri、brain surface covered symmetrical lower signal, VenBOLD showed brain stem、cerebel ar gyri、parts of double brain surface covered symmetrical lower signal, and Cisterna magna 、Cisterna ambiens enlarged, cerebel ar atrophy, cerebral fissure deepened. ConclusionIt has imaging features in MRI of SSCNS, VenBOLD was a valuable technique in evaluating SSCNS.
