Clinical analysis and summary of 50 cases of gestational diabetes
50 cases of gestational diabetes were retrospectively analyzed and summarized to discuss the better treatment plan and strategy for gestational diabetes. Methods: 50 cases with gestational diabetes in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January were randomly divided into experiment group and control group with 25 cases each group. The patients in control group were treated with traditional therapy, while the experimental group was carried out on the basis of diet therapy, exercise guidance comprehensive intervention and guidance. Clinical effect was compared. Results: After different treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01). The adverse complications including polyhydramnios, ketoacidosis, reflux, hyperbilirubinemia, neonatal asphyxia, premature birth, and others in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: For patients with gestational diabetes, the comprehensive intervention therapy, patients can significantly improve blood sugar levels and significantly improve prognosis, reduce adverse complications, can achieve good clinical results.
