摘要
研究分析东北马鹿鹿心血中的营养成分。方法：对东北马鹿鹿心血中的氨基酸、蛋白质、粗脂肪及各种营养元素进行测定分析。结果：东北马鹿鹿心血中富含氨基酸等营养成分。结论：东北马鹿鹿心血中营养成分的测定结果，为东北马鹿鹿心血的食用和医用价值提供了科学理论依据。
Abstract
To analyze the nutrient components of the heart blood of red deer. Method: The amino acid, protein, crude fat and different nutrient elements were determined and analyzed. Results: The heart blood of red deer is rich in nutrient components. Conclusion: The determined results of the heart blood of red deer provide the scientific theory basis for both medical use and daily eating.
