With the advancement of medical imaging technology and medical checkups popularity,more and more liver lesions were discovered by accident, which require imaging methods for diagnosis of lesions discovered incidental y has a higher accuracy rate.This study aims to compare the multislice spiral CT (MDCT) with Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI (Gd-EOB-DTPA-MRI) for the imaging features of incidental liver lesions.Results:The rate of diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions, Gd-EOB-DTPA-MRI (95.1∕97.8%) is higher than the MDCT(73.4∕92.6%).The sensitive and diagnosis rates of the FNH, EG diseases ,Gd-EOB-DTPA-MRI are higher than MDCT. Conclusion: Our results showed that Gd-EOB-MRI may provide a higher proportion of confident interpretations than MDCT, especial y for the diagnosis of incidental y found FNH and EG.
