objective to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and shensong yangxin capsule anti-arrhythmic effect. Methods 40 patients with arrhythmia in coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 20 cases in each group, application and shensong yangxin capsule treatment group, control group given conventional and added with pulse injection add 5% of 40 ml 250 ml. Two groups of course 2 weeks, observe two groups of curative effect. Results treatment group total effectiveness 85%, control group total effectiveness 50%, treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group (P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion \"shensong yangxin capsule\" confrontation between heart arrhythmia has obvious curative effect.
