To summarize the experience of patients with sequela ofcerebral infarction and the experience of clinical nursing. Methods: a retrospectiveanalysis of clinical and nursing data of 32 cases of cerebral infarction treated byrehabilitation treatment in patients with hemiplegia. Results: in this group, al the 32 patients, 5 cases were basical y cured, accounting for 15.6%; 10 cases were significantly improved, accounting for 31.3%; 12 cases were improved, 5 cases ineffective, accounted for 37.5%, accounted for 15.6%. Conclusion: rehabilitation care plan can effectively shorten the course, reduce the complications, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical nursing experience.
