摘要
总结解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的方法及疗效。股骨粗隆间骨折，多见于老年人。随着我国老年人口及其所占比例的不断增加，老年骨质疏松发生率也呈现增长趋势，由此所致股骨粗隆间骨折患者数量也逐渐增长。由于老年人常伴有骨质疏松和各种慢性疾病，体质差，各脏器功能均衰退，为避免长期卧床的各种并发症，减少髋关节内翻畸形，尽早恢复肢体功能，手术治疗已成为首选。解剖型锁定钢板是近年开始使用的内固定材料。
