摘要
分析天津市街头无偿献血者献血前征询中出现不合格淘汰的情况，找出造成征询淘汰的主要原因，了解有献血意愿的人群中健康分布情况。方法根据体采科每日工作明细，统计2013年全年由于献血前健康征询不合格而淘汰的人次及其原因，将调查结果进行分析。结果2013年共填写健康征询表133731人次，其中由于征询淘汰11908人次，占总人次的8.90%，分析原因分布发现，既往病史是征询淘汰的主要原因，占85.26%，而既往病史中有以传染病淘汰比例最大（67.11%）。结论健康征询是无偿献血中一个重要环节，做好健康征询可以有效保证献血者健康，对保证临床用血安全也是至关重要的。
