摘要
探讨观察用祛腐生肌药治疗糖尿病坏疽的临床效果。方法：选择 Wagner 分级4级的糖尿病足病人共33例，随机分为两组，在常规的消肿、抗感染治疗的基础上对照组17例用纱布换药，凡士林外敷；观察组16例用祛腐生肌药膏外敷治疗，观察两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组显效率为87.5%，总有效率为93.75%，明显优于对照组的47.1%，76.5%，两组差异明显。结论：治疗糖尿病坏疽时用祛腐生肌药有利于腐肉脱落，促进肉芽组织生长，加速创面的愈合，能明显提高临床效果。
Abstract
To investigate the clinical effect observation of treating diabetic gangrene with Qufushengji medicine. Methods: WagnerGrading diabetic foot patients 4 out of a total of 33 patients, were randomly divided into two groups, based on routine detumescence, anti infection treatment on 17 cases in the control group with vaseline gauze, external application; 16 cases were treated with Qufushengji medicine treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: in the observation group was 87.5%, the total effective rate was 93.75, significantly better than the control group 47.1%, 76.5%, two groups of difference. Conclusion: treatment of diabetic gangrene with Qufushengji medicine for carrion shedding, promote granulation tissue growth, accelerate the healing of burn wound, can significantly improve the clinical effect.
