To explore the effect of intramedulary nailing in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods: Selected 92 cases of tibial fracture patients from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital. Experimental group was given intramedulary nail fixation for the treatment, but controled group was treated with compression plate. Results: The control group of fracture healing time was 23.5 ± 4.1 (weeks), compared to the experimental group 18.7 ± 2.1 (weeks), significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05);The clinical efficacy of the experimental group after surgery than the control group, a significant difference between groups (P <0.05); the control group was significantly higher than the probability of occurrence of complications in the experimental group, significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion: Intramedulary nailing of tibial fractures has curative effect fewer complications.
