to analyze the causes of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated by hyperglycemia and the clinical nursing measures. Methods: the I division in June 2011 to June 2013 treated 75 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated by hyperglycemia summarized the reason of analysis, and to our clinical nursing measures were retrospectively summarized. Results: the blood sugar of patients were closely observed and detected, the analysis of the possible mechanisms of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by hyperglycemia, pay close attention to the development of the patients, careful and meticulous nursing care can prevent and reduce the occurrence of hyperglycemia. Conclusions: the hyperglycemia after severe craniocerebral injury patients with strict dynamic monitoring blood sugar, take timely nursing intervention measures, can reduce blood sugar levels, reduce brain damage, reduce mortality and improve the quality of care, has an important role for improving the prognosis of patients.
