To investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing pathwayin obstetrics care. Method.Random House of clinical nursing pathway in our hospital obstetric maternal 100 cases as the observation group, the implementation of routine nursing measures of maternal 100 cases as the control group. Analysis on the difference of hospitalization,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups for hospitalization expensesof health education knowledge. Results: the observation group of women in the above aspects were superior to the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05),with clinical comparability. Conclusion: the clinical nursing pathway in obstetric nursing work, can improve the quality of nursing work, improve their awareness of healtheducation knowledge, shortening the average hospitalization days, improve maternaland family satisfaction, popularization and application of clinical nursing path is verynecessary.
